  • How can I cancel my membership?

    To cancel your membership:

    1. Log into your account.
    2. Go to the “My Account” page.
    3. Select “Manage Subscription.”
    4. Click “Cancel Membership” and follow the on-screen instructions.

    Your access will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

  • Can I pause my membership?

    Yes, you can pause your membership if needed. To do so:

    1. Log into your account.
    2. Navigate to the “My Account” page.
    3. Click “Manage Subscription.”
    4. Choose the “Pause Membership” option and select a duration.

    Your membership will resume automatically after the pause period ends.
